A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. Payment of 25% is requested within 20 days of acceptance. The other 75% need to be paid before the 20 of March 2022.
You can choose from two payment options:
- Deposit payment of 25% within 20 days of acceptance into AAF 2022. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. The remaining 75% must be paid before 20 March 2022
2. Full payment with a 10% “early bird” discount.
Participants from the Republic of Armenia must pay in Drams and must choose that option on the payments page.

A cancellation fee of 25% of the payment will be charged If you cancel your application after the March 1 deadline.
